Information & Terms and Conditions
- The specified prices are per person and per night including breakfast and/or half board plus local tax of €1.00 per person and per night, from 14 years of age. The local tax will be increased to €1.30 from 1 January 2017.
- You can check into your room on the day of arrival from 14:00 CET. Please have ready a valid ID card/passport for everyone in your party. You can also tell us in advance when you think you will arrive.
- Room bookings will remain valid until 20:00 CET. If your arrival is delayed, please give us a quick call to let us know.
- On the day of departure, please leave the room by 11:00 CET.
- Pets are accepted:
Small dog/cat €7.00 per day, no food
Medium/large dog €10.00 per day, no food
- Please understand that booking a specific room number or floor is not possible. Of course, we will try to consider special requests.
- Bookings are valid after written request by you, including address details, and written confirmation by us. We require a valid credit card (card number and expiry date) or a deposit payable at time of booking.
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, cancellations under 7 days before arrival are subject to payment of 50% of the full stay, in case of non-arrival 100%. Deposits are non refundable in case of cancellation.
- Payment options: You can pay for your hotel bill on-site by cash (limit €2,999.00), no-fee cheques, EC or credit card – we accept VISA, American Express and MasterCard. You can also transfer the money beforehand to our bank account.
